The Process of Gaining Weight and Aging

The Process of Gaining Weight and Aging - Making fat cells is easy its getting rid of them that the hardest, once you have eaten lets say a chocolate cake, you savour the flavour by chewing and then swallowing, this then slides down the throat and into the stomach, it is in the stomach that the digestive system takes over, it will work on the food digested until it moves to the intestine, it is here that the food will be absorbed along with the fat and nutrients, the body's system will then push this through the blood stream where it will be dis pursed to different parts of the body, once in the blood stream the fat is converted into body fat, we are all born with fat cells. This is the main process of gaining weight and aging unfortunately this will not help as the body can store unlimited amount of these fat cells, when our tummy or body spaces get tight the fat cells can multiply and grow.
